Why the hell do you need 5-7 litres of water in 4-5 hours? Seems excessive, but no I don’t think it will effect the supplements.

Yeah that’s actually cheap for international delivery. I think most international delivery charges are reasonable but it’s the possible customs charge that kills me. Sometimes the customs charge is 3 times what I payed for the product/delivery.

Ghost is higher priced yeah but underwhelming? This has the ingredients I want and no exotic stims, that’s when products let me down, things like bloodshred that I loved but dident like everyday. Only things I would like to see in there is olive leaf and maybe gbb.

Never tried but I love the look of the formula, no crazy stims and something I can take in the same way I did with alphamine, no company has been able to replace alphamine for me. I have no doubt the flavour will be good being from ghost though. Is there hype? This site seems to be anti ghost...
