  1. What is your favorite cheat meal?

    Im going to have to go with, anything that has chocolate. Although... i like Mostly only chocolate haha.
  2. Gut bacteria = dictates if you're fat or thin

    I´ve also read about this. There is scientific evidence to support that gut bacteria does have a say in how we deal metabolize fat, and that one configuration or another can be the difference. Would need to study that more though! Sounds interesting.
