    I’d second rascal . Not sure what your history is with phs or what you want out of the cycle of yor looking for recomp and strength it will probably be okay but if our looking for lean mass you’ll have to up that starting dosage .

    You can run a SERM throughout at a lower dose . There’s a lot of recent evidence and user reports showing the pct going much smoother and quicker while running the SERM throughout the whole cycle as well as 4 weeks after for pct . You don’t need to do that , but I would recommend it if you can...

    I would run nolva 40 mg for the first two weeks and the second at 20 but it looks fine. I wouldn’t use the armistane . I’d have a strong AI on hand Incase you et a rebound after your pct .
