    I’ve been taking 600 mg a day of NAC since my last physical and it got my liver enzymes back into normal range. I’m also pretty sure it’s been helping my immune system as I haven’t gotten my normal bi-annual sinus infections this year [emoji848]

    I prefer no fans. That being said, if they’re on and other people are using the same section of the gym as me, I always ask before turning them off. I like to feel the sweat dripping off but I sweat too much to wear long sleeves except in winter
