Yea, it’s lovely. Covid’s still giving me grief with my smell & taste 19 months on so the rainbow & blue raz flavours taste like burnt metal but the twisted limeade go down a treat.

I don’t think the c4 ultimate has made it’s way over this side of the pond yet, I haven’t seen it anywhere.

Bought 4 cases of Limeade C4 at BF for £11.70 each, so less than £1/can. 2 cases in the fridge, 2 stored under the stairs.

Cheers fellas. interestingly, it’s not the branded ‘chips ahoy’ one we have here, it’s literally just ‘chocolate chip cookie’ flavour. I presume it’s a licensing issue (and that Chips Ahoy aren’t sold here). i’ll grab a few tubs and get stuck into them, thanks again.

Have any of you had any experience with Ghost Chocolate chip cookie whey? A store near me has it half price so I’m tempted to pick a few tubs up this week if it’s any good flavour-wise.

It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from Strong - I’m after something like Carnishred or All out sweat edition to really get a sweat on with my cardio - do you have anything in you can recommend? thanks in advance

Eggs are going up again. That’ll surprise a few chickens. (currently £2 for 12 large free range eggs. Not much more if you want organic. Duck eggs are a little more expensive but they’re only an occasional treat for me).

The black magic version of Bloodshr3d was probably the best thing I’ve ever used pre-cardio. Nothing before or since come close to getting me into that mindset for a slog on the bike or stairs. The proGBB was a great touch too as it made you sweat your back out.

I really like the lime flavour C4, it’s nice and sharp when the can is cold out of the fridge. That reminds me I need to buy more. A store here (UK) has it at less than £1/can because they’re ‘damaged’ - the plastic shrink wrap on the case is a bit scuffed but the cans are perfect.

I’m on TRT so PCT isn’t so much of an issue for me. On cycle support I’ll use 5g taurine/day and something like Liver & Organ defender as it’s pretty comprehensive but TUDCA is probably your best bet.

thanks for that. I do wonder if that is the issue and whether it’s still ongoing as the smell & taste issue can vary from day to day, I.e. on holiday recently in Spain, plenty of fresh food every day, loads of fresh fish, salads, veggies - really good eating and it was absolutely fine but come...
