    What im referring to is a carbohydrate or protein induced insulin spike, which will cause you to inhibit fat burning to a degree, depending on what type of protein/carb and how much. Rule of thumb, insulin can benefit you around workout due to its nutrient transporting and anabolic properties...

    Btw clen is just for accelerated metabolism, didn't even do much for me. Just stick to diet and exercise, mind you I overtrain. Cardio 3-5 times a week with proper diet will work

    Everyday, I wake up do fasted cardio, typically 15 mins hiit and 45mins liss cardio, Later In the day, anaerobic training, then usually at night 40 mins liss cardio. I just walk fast around the neighborhood for liss

    I would just like to add my two cents, Look into intermittent fasting and educate yourself on insulin and gluconeogenesis, just know protein does cause an insulin spike and high insulin=fat and when insulin is high growth hormone is low. I have just lost 70lbs this year aloneInvalid Link...
