You should be able to bounce back okay then. HCG wouldn’t hurt but it’s pricey. Some sort of over the counter test booster or pct supplement would definitely help
How old are you and how many cycles have you done? Personally I always use novla, longer. HCG as well. I don’t like the clomid sides. I generally use an OTC pct product as well to help with cortisol and has a natural test booster. I’m a fan of sustain alpha.
I wouldn’t suggest any cycle. I’d implement full body workouts 2/3 times a week and steady state cardio the other days. If you really want to take something, maybe Cardarine to help with the cardio.
What type of pwo benefits does taking something like ment have? Strength/aggression? If you only dosing pwo any size gains other than the progressive overload achieved through strength gains?
