I mean. I'm only 26 and haven't ran into an issue like that but from what I'm hearing it sound like low testosterone could be an issue. Definitely do some more research on the topic. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
Are you talking about just eat something like a +500 calorie excess while eating solid sources of protein and lower carbs. Because if so, that's some what what I've been doing
