I'm saying there are ways to increase output while still being able to recover which will help one reach a goal much faster. Obviously consistency is the name of the game for diet and training.
Are we talking running or the elliptical? Because on the elliptical you'll be able to recover from it easily and burn more calories and the diet bit is obvious.
I do 20-40 mins of easy cardio in the elliptical 5 days a week. It works great, and I've had plenty of success with it, I lost 100 lbs in about a year and I've kept most of my strength.
The only thing the board sponsorship means is they pay the AM to advertise here.... Sure people have had good experiences but their are plenty of other good brands, but AM won't let anyone post about any other brand positively unless the brand pays them. They say you can't source on this site...

I almost forgot get your estradiol...
Ok go order labs and get your total and free test. Than get your fsh, and lh tested as well. If your Free test is good than you don't have hypogonadism, if it's low you do and talk to your Dr.
If your test is low and your lh and fsh is low talk to your Dr cause you pituitary is messed up.
If...
The sarms may have something too do with it man. I mean it's not likely but it's possible. But I'd suggest talking to your Dr, about free test.
The only reason I don't want to get on trt is because I'm not going too risk my fertility to have more energy. Too me my future family is worth feeling...
