    haha, thx...and took a whiff before the 515 set, just trimmed it out...honestly believe it gave me just enough of a spark to finish the set, and even feel like I may have left 1-2 in the tank if it had been an AMRAP.

    9/17/19 Bodyweight = 179.xx Deads 515 x 3 465 x 3, 465 x 3 Over 17 hrs fasted heading into this one, and the way warmups were moving I didn't think the top set stood a chance...pleasantly surprised.
