Just had my CK result come back 3007.
I wanna blame the massive leg day workout I had on Sunday (2 days ago; had labs done today)...but part of me wonders if it's the clen. I have only done two days of it so far at 20mcg a day. Could the clen be why my CK is a critical high?
Thanks, that's good to know. I'm very conservative as is, so I'll probably stick to 2 on 2 off in the future anyway, but if I ever decide I want to change that I'll know what I need to do!
Yeah, I read some forums that said conservative start is 20mcg and aggressive would be 40mcg to start.
