26 male working out for 7 years.
I know theres been tons of posts/questions with this common stack but I hope this community is able to help answer any of mine so its all in one thread for me.
My only issue is I either have gyno/fat chest (not really sure never been super lean) from puberty...
Starting Strength made me the most strongest out of 5/3/1, nsuns, 5x5! It was the first program to help me get to a 365lb squat and a 450lb deadlift at 180lb!! Best peaking program for a lift was with smolov jr finally benched 255lb!
I made more progress on my deadlift by deadlifting less! It was hard for me to believe that taking a day out of deads made me stronger. I was still squatting twice a week and deadlifting once. So if its possible to hit your legs twice in the week you miss deadlifting adding in more hamstrings...
Sorry just saw this now! I did some research on using EC for extended periods of time longer than 3 months and the risk vs rewards are not worth it! It can be stressful on the heart over time and I wasnt getting the best sleep at full dosages (3x a day at 24mg per dose) which put even more...

my personal anecdotal response is that I have done an EC stack for 6 months without any side effects! B/P and pulse was normal.. also will never run it that long again! not sure about the anabolics doe.
As of right now I am running True Shred+Alpha Lean 7 for 2 weeks, therefore have 2 weeks left.
I also have 2 bottles of Vector + SNS x-gels.
I think I want to start Vector + X-gels now with True Shred + Alpha Lean 7 while on a maintenance phase as I think I might be able to recomp.

Started the ECA stack weighing 186lb in February
Now weighing 169lb May 1st.
Beginning the True Shred + Alpha 7 + Reduce xt stack
Hoping to lean out while maintaining/increasing muscle!

Already been dieting with ECA.
