I had stalled for years with a similar problem to yours. I now do intermittent fasting and have a 8 hour eating window. It really fits my schedule and was enough of a change for me to breakthrough that plateau.
Wash the berries, lay on paper towel, lightly press another paper towel on top, let air dry for a little awhile THEN put in containers. Or just don't wash them [emoji1]. I sure don't.
Never seen blueberries go bad that quick. I have had blueberries in the fridge for 2-3 weeks before. They just shrivel...but never have I seen them get mold. I don't think I've ever seen a blueberry with mold. Weird
This will be my second cycle. Looking to lose fat while gaining strength/muscle if at all possible. Mainly shedding the little bit of fat I do have around my midsection.

I would say, like someone did above, to go ahead and get lean. This makes your bulking much easier to assess how much fat you are putting on while in a calorie surplus.
Get kodi. Can use it on your computer or if you have the firestick you can put it on there. Google "kodi" and there should be plenty of tutorials. Then you will need to set up the repositories. There are several dedicated to just sports and some strictly mma. Googling kodi and repositories...
