As far as his shbg. If his t was already low and he used a boster that clearly didnt work that could be why. Maybe he already had low t and didnt know it. Was there any bloods prior to using the otc products...
So you were using an otc test booster? Seems like it didnt work for you and probly did more harm then good.
As far as cholesterol what does your diet look like?
Total daily energy expenditure is basically the same as figuring out your adjusted bmr. Either way i think the cals shoukd be less then what he is taking in. Hence no bf loss that he has reported. Or something in his diet is off
When figuring bmr your bf isnt a factor
Its your basal metabolic rate. Or your static rate. What you need to function. So going under that rate your body will search out stored fats to make up the difference.
