    Sorry. I don't know exactly how liver toxic accutane is. Milk thistle is good, and Havoc is supposed to be on the safer side as far as toxicity is concerned. But I would do a little more research on accutane if I was you.

    I think you should be very careful. I took accutane a few years ago, and my skin was very sensitive for at least a few months afterwards. As far as vitamin B5 is concerned, I wouldn't rely solely on that. You just did all this work to make your skin look nice, why ruin a good thing, be careful...
