mh... thanks for respondind, greek. i've read about des and i'm not really interested. i'm really interested in this (peg)mgf though. i guess i'm mostly interested in igf in the sense that you have to know your bodies natural igf responses to training to know how and when to use mgf effectively...
I'm writing a sort of lit review and I'll post it as soon as I'm done. So far it doesn't really look like it would cause 'gh gut' or Cro-Magnon face etc. :) (anyways... as far as i know, 'gh gut' is actually caused by insulin (whether it's your own or the injected insulin...)
It's still...
I'd really appreciate anything you guys have to share. I'm new on here but I'm gonna be hangin around cause I've seen a lot of interesting stuff in threads here. (I've been reading for quite a while but didn't join until now)
MGF/IGF interaction and how to take advantage
I realize there are lots of igf/mgf posts. If this one seems too redundant tell me.
What I'd really like to do here is condense all the biochemical processes of mgf and igf and their interaction and from there come up with a protocol
for MGF and...
So what you're saying is that it seems highly unlikely that the satellite cells turned myblasts would 'revert' to stem cells again? But what differentiates the satellite cells in the first place? will mgf on off days be a waste because there isnt sufficient igf to determine the cells? Without...

Looking for the same info. The whole proliferation/differentiation ...
I want to know how running MGF solo would pan out. Cause if the myoblasts do revert without the use of igf to 'differentiate' those added stem cells/myoblasts ... then PEG-MGF should have absolutely no positive effect...
I would also like to know more about the mgf/igf interaction.
I was going to experiment with just an MGF solo run and having seen so much speculation I'm having trouble figuring out how MGF affects the 'regular' igf and vice versa.
.... so BUMP
