First Time.....
The whole process scared me....I mean I've never done anything like that before, but I'm ready to take it to another level. -
Glute shot...
I shaved a small area, cleaned with alcohol and had my gf inject. I read on a couple other post that moving around or flexing during the injection would cause that, and I did move around some. (couldn't help it, had to see what was going on). After which I rubbed for about 5 min's! -

No redness that I can tell and it's not warm to the touch! It does seem to be getting alittle better though! -

Guys I just pinned Sunday in my left glute with Sus-250. Today I noticed it's really sore and is starting to swell up. It seems to be the most sore after I've sat down for awhile but if I'm up moving around it's not really that bad. I know it's only been 3 days and I'm probably just over... -
First Time.....
Yeah I feel better about it now. The only regret I've had so far is the game of softball I played Sunday in which I pulled a muscle in my back and haven't been able to get into the gym. It's only been 4 days and I already feel like a wimp...(can't wait to get back). -
First Time.....
I just finished my first injection. Oh man was I nervous, and I still am. All these thoughts keep running through my head and I keep asking myself if this was the right decision. Any words of comfort or first time stories???
