I will be transferred to the Netherlands due to work and I would like to know if there’s anything I should worry if I were to bring along my pre-workout. Any banned ingredients I should be aware of?
My previous cut was a struggle as I couldn't go below 10% even after adding cardio to my weekly routine. My daily intake could be as low as <1.5k but it made no difference. Some fat in certain area just refused to go like my mid back and area below my armpit. I'm not sure supplement could help...
