I have never used any suggested add-ons by dsade and it still works like crazy. I take morning empty stomach before gym and then evening with a meal. I have never had any sleep issues on BMP. And have run every version, for years.

BMP (v3) with Epi-Plex seems to be a mad recomp synergy. Doing a 3 month run now.

Spend that $60 on BMP and in about 2 weeks watch the chit melt off super recomp.

I mean, if you're smoking or vaping regularly by about half a week in you're not getting a buzz anymore anyhow.

It's good. I would say the recomp effect tapers off with this tho. I'm going to say full on recomp BMP is the choice.

What he said above. You can go on the Evomuse part of this forum and learn more about it, but first hand, I was vaping thru a few bottles and they did not work the same, so I have first hand experience. When I don't, I recomp in almost under two weeks, super noticable.

BMP alone is gonna recomp the chit outta you, long as you don't smoke/vape while on it.

You need to be taking around 15 drops a day maintenance to see weight loss effects. Add selenium with it tho.

I've taken Lugol's Iodine for many many years. Not "all the time", but it will have you losing weight if you daily dose it for about a month, and definitely fights off cold/infections/flu when you megadose it at about 12-15 drops every 2 hours.
