    When I say mix I mean first apply the moisturize cream and then you put the gel on the moisturized skin ! Am I do that correct ? If I apply it without first moisturize the skin then it leaves a white thing

    can i mix it with moisturizing cream? cause if i apply it alone it will leaves a white coating on the skin and i am afraid will lose product with that but with a moisturizing cream its all good !

    Thanks for answer ! I do 3 pumps 30 min before training ! So it’s safe to do aerobic after 30 min right ? And the dosage it’s good ?
