I'm for sure that the top powerlifters have been training for years to get them where they are now. But are they just born stronger than the average person?
Hey i'm new and i'd like to know if i'm doing good on my lifting. Heres some info about me. I'm 18 years old, 5ft 10in tall, and weight 172. one rep maxes. been lifting for 2 years.
Bench: 250
Squat: 340
Deadlift: 320

What do you guys think about Universal's Animalpak products. I tried the animalpak, and M-stak, I could feel a lot of energy and had more strength. Whats your opinion on there products.
