    DAY 29 - Bench Press Update When I started this I was doing 185 lbs for the following reps: 4-3-1 Last night I did 195 lbs for 3-3-2 30 days to go! If I can add another 10 lbs for sets and reps in these next 30 days, then I will say Follidrone 2.0 is DEFINITELY worth it.

    DAY 16 I have been going up on my lifts but slowly...very slowly. I do feel slimmer, but I don't care how I feel, I just care about the facts. The pictures and the lifts are the facts, and we'll see how it turns out. I won't take another picture until Day 20 coming up.
