    Agreed, given the cycle isn't methylated, the low dose of tudca, and the low amount of alcohol consumption. I just tend to take a very conservative approach...

    Can't find the study right now, but it has to do with the timing. Should not be taken before (also taking into account the half life) consuming alcohol.

    Op said he takes the tudca before consuming alcohol, which should be avoided as it can be damaging. Might not be a huge deal in this specific case, but I'd probably avoid it myself...

    You're probably fine, but if it were me I'd just drop the ACP, especially since it's not necessary for your cycle anyway. Then just run the solo supps you have that make up ACP...

    Was just looking at Hastur's write up again on Sup3r-2 and he states it's a dry compound (does not aromatize) but then goes on to say that it has potential to cause water rentention/bloating. Just havent seen much anecdotal feedback on this one to know though...

    Interested to see feedback on this, as I'm considering a Sup3r-2 / Sup3r Epi run as well. Haven't used it before but from what I've read the Sup3r Epi should serve fine for a base. I considered adding Sup3r DHEA, but might hold off as its already a dry stack.
