TBH, I had already downed my high volume and then remembered about the plasma.
I suppose it is overkill...waste of supps by doubling up. Maybe I could alternate eod or even every other week between the two?
As Fueled said, I get them a lot due to dry climate in the winter. It was just certainly more frequent on trest. I mean like...every time I took a shower lol.

So do you ALWAYS do keto? Like all year round? I'm so used to gaining with relatively high carbs...seems so foreign to stay very low carb.
Also, when you say it takes a lot of cardio on keto - does it take MORE cardio than when not in keto?
When you guys are in ketosis, is this always for cutting? Or do you also use it for putting on size as well (is that possible with virtually no carbs)?
I recently started taking 4 ius of gh 6 days/week split up in an am and pwo dose.
I have been reading a lot on thd subject, and many people out there advocate using T4 while on GH...claiming that GH can have a negative effect on thyroid levels.
Anyone have any experience with this?
