Was thinking similar, whatever legs exercise is out there for quads (Google) but the key being never lockout.

I've cheated a little with black tea / green tea / coffee / ACV, may drop these when I hit full ketosis as it gets easier then.

No mate I like fasting I find it way much easier than all the other diet approaches out there.
The regular 7 day fasts were just to dip my toes but also ramp up far loss as I was hitting plateaus with the daily 18/6 IF
Been doing a lot of reading on this since the post and it seems that training is not recommended for anything > 7 days, some even advise against training with too much intensity for 7 day fasts.
So that and the posts so far have helped me decide to do my hour walk only, hopefully by the end...
