I've never used them either. I've been strictly a multivitamin, creatine, and protein supplement person for a couple of decades. Lol.
Figured I'd just add this in. It states 1-2 tablets 1-2 times a day. That's pretty general and why I was asking.
Absolutely! Started in January stopping after the first 50m in the pool, in May I finished my first Sprint Triathlon. It had a 750m open water swim.
And yes, muscle doesn't float well. Haha
