  1. What did it take for you too "grow up?"

I think my main thing is not knowing how too fight, mma lessons cost a **** ton. I feel like if i knew how too protect myself, i would be more comfortable in situations. 3. What did it take for you too "grow up?"

I think I'm going too start MMA, not too retaliate, but it will help knowing I have a cool skill, it's a learning process and being amongst Older people didn't help, but it'd better than when I started. It just sucks sometimes, cause I workout regularly, smart as hell, involved on campus, but...

  5. Why do so many people use T-Booster?

Practically, most people see a boost in test as a good thing, probably more helps with their mindsight, which is why I took them at one point. That said, all my reasons above influenced the decision more.

Spot on. Most people are not researching this stuff, the most people will ever know MAYBE is bodybuilding.com We are the minority, prohormones, 5x5, heavy triplets, this is rocket science to them. Come on man this is the world that still believes movie stars are naturally putting on 50lb of...

Being that im 20, i still feel like im 17, i feel unprepared, and below everyone else. This might sound like a rant but i dont understand how something hasnt clicked in me. I graduated highschool at 17 and started college, i moved into the dorms, back then i was 5'6 135lb, the average person...
  9. Topic of the week: Is Overtraining BS?

I believe its real. As far as strength training goes, when i train in the 1-5 rep range pushing myself too the max every workout, i'll eventually get too a point where i'll step under the bar (keep in mind i've been bulking for as long as i can remember) and the weight will just be too much...
  10. Is a test prop kickstart or bridge worth it?

Yeah I'm taking it small my first, the test prop kinda came out of nowhere but it makes sense, I won't add much else, I should be all set within the month, I don't know why but seeing that 12 weeks is 3 months is strange. Feels like a really long time, but love it, be at the top of my game in...

  17. Is a test prop kickstart or bridge worth it?

Starting my 1st cycle, read alot of conflicting information on kickstarting and bridging with test prop. From what i've gathered on a test E 12 week cycle: Starting the first 2 weeks with test prop 100mg EOD along with 500mg test e E3D allows you too feel the effects sooner rather than along...

  19. Hardcore bulk vs.short bulk and cut cycles

Though in retrospect i would start on the lighter end with 3200 calories a day. Bump this up by 100kc every week so you get progressively better at handling and find your sweet spot.
