What to request for blood panal

My test levels both bio available and total are low as well. I recommend anyone with concerns not simply listen to your GP. Ask to see results for your self and ensure the proper test are being run.

    eggs vs egg whites

I feel similarly. whole yoke is fine but if you need to up the cals go buy a carton of egg whites or just use whey. Its cheaper and IMO a toss up. I often use both but have stopped using whites due to cost. I was using strictly egg whites over whey for a while and it got costly.

    eggs vs egg whites

From what i understand there are many beneficial aminos found in whole milk that get stripped as the fat is removed. This i have read is true for whey as well. Many new processing practices remove beneficial aminos from whey making whey concentrate the best choice for most people. As far as...

Anyone "see stars" during their workout???

Rodja any explanation to why? Is it due to oxygen requirements of the muscles?

    Over Training

It is very hard to tell you if you are resting adequately based on so little info. Even with more info you still must asses the results and how you feel. I think if training upper lower split you should have at least two off days a week. Upper/lower/Off repeat. If you do not feel you need that...

Rodja I am not getting into this but I pose the same question to you I did to Jiigzz. Are you formally educated or just have a nerdy thirst for knowledge? I am only curious.

What to request for blood panal

After my initial bout of gyno I ran letro among other things in a naive attempt to reverse my gyno. I have never been the same since then although I cannot say with certainty that it was letro or even anything aas related. I only speculate. My past drug use and depression that came from a break...

Anyone "see stars" during their workout???

I used to only get this during big and heavy leg movements. I now get it occasionally when really pushing any larger movement. If seems to occur after a certain point of exersion. I always assumed it was the same thing as blacking out just not to that point. Your bodies focus becomes getting...

Programs or Instinctive, Partners or Alone a bit of both or All

I stick to a principle more or less and instinctually adapt based on energy level, and other obligations. I too train alone however some very like minded individuals I do enjoy training with and get more out of a session. Despite that I only do thus once in a blue moon or it doesnt do much for...

Programs or Instinctive, Partners or Alone a bit of both or All

Just curious as to how others like to train. Do you log data? Do you stay to a routine or go by instinct? Do you prefer training with partners or alone? And anything else related. And explain why. Oh and this isn't a debate it is an opinion thread so lets not bicker.

Topic of the week: Is Overtraining BS?

I totally agree I allow myself to make those changes on the fly. I have not set myself in a routine for a long time. I am aware I may benefit from one especially at times but I enjoy the freedom and find it keeps training from becoming a chore. Right now my goals are elsewhere so I am just...

Topic of the week: Is Overtraining BS?

I will be sure to look at your links Jiigzz. It appears you are quite knowledgeable so if you recommend a read im sure ill learn from it. I have read any articles but not many studies themselves, my opinions are made largely on my experience. oOf course anything I read I filter with real world...

Topic of the week: Is Overtraining BS?

I would say I have functionally overreached maybe breached into Non'functional overreaching. My best guess. A gym buddy was telling me if you continue once overreached you will adapt. He was on a daily training progam with low volume, I do not rrecal the program but it stated not to take off...

Topic of the week: Is Overtraining BS?

LOL yes wanting to and doing it are very different. missed your point slightly. I am working fairly condensed now but I will surely look into it. :) I do shift work so on work days I keep it short and when I am off I have adaquate time to workout with volume if I choose too. None the less I...
