This is how I always dosed. 2 immediately, 2 lunch, 2 pre-workout and 1 at bed. Will have to change the pre-workout dose though for this new version. Prob just do 2 pre bed and stick to 6 caps instead of 7. Or play around a bit - got 6 bottles coming my way. -
