I rain a few bottles of Lipomorph on prep with good results. I noticed a slight increase in fat loss when utilizing extra BAIBA with it. As mentioned above, give Lipomorph a run solo then add in extra BAIBA after you see the solo results.
I only utilize BCAA's when on contest prep. They seem to help me kill those sweet-tooth cravings. I mainly use it to keep from going catabolic though. Appears to help a bit with energy throughout the day as well

Yeah the topical products also irritate my skin. I've tried almost every over the counter topical out there lol it's just so frustrating. B5 for sure did the trick for me. I've had friends who have taken Accutane but the sides from that completely turned me off from every trying it.
