    Nice log man! Very helpful. I'm 4 pins into my first injectable cycle. Habe done 1 cycle of msten in past. Running 500mg test E a week with 6.25 aromasin on min days. Started at 176 so far about 180, to early to really notice anything tho maybe some slight pumps in gym that's about it

    Oops thought i updated it lol. Went well forget the exact numbers but I gained alot of weight. Strength went up everywhere and for the most part I kept it besides some water. I think i lost about 4-6lbs but gained 15-18?? Some where in that ballpark.

    At 18 I wouldn't mess with msten bro and to answer your question if you are going to run a cycle you need a SERM an AI Is a aromatise inhibitor. Prevents the conversation to estrogen.

    I may be wrong but I think blockade is an AI. Need a SERM such as clomid/nolva for sure post cycle 3x is not enough IMO

    You will definitely need a SERM for msten. I just ran an msten10 cycle, 21 days at 20mg and 14 days at 30mg amd got blood work. SERM for sure and I'd pick up some tudca and something for a test base

    Yea I think I just tested way to soon. I did labs before cycle and LH/FSH were both in range.

    348-1197 for testosterone range -681 1.7-8.6 for LH - 44.3 1.5-12.4 for FSH - 36.5 7.6-42.6 for estradiol - 35.6 Did not use and ai. I have exemestane but never felt any estrogen sides so didn't use it

    Did some blood work to make sure pct worked. Total test is 681 but my FSH and LH are through the roof. Is that normal for clomid? Estrogen still in range but on the high side.     Finished pct 2 days ago. Starting weight I believe was 165-166 stats are on page 1. Heaviest I got up to was about 191-192 but feeling someone bloated at that weight I have now finished pct with weight around 187-188 and have been progressing on lifts.

    50/50/25/25 is your standard proven PCT protocol, so I see no reason to change it.

    Clomid is usually 50mg. And I would also just do the standard 50/50/25/25. Which o believe is 21 50mg clomid.
