    500 should be fine. I just got done with my bulk on EPI solo and I put on 13 pounds while still cutting up. I was eating sloppy half the time and clean the other half.     It's shame that you aren't trying to bulk a bit on this. Taking epi alone will shred you up while you bulk. You can still pqck on weight and cut up during the cycle
