You could also google amino acid therapy. I wasnt sleeping well which was bringing my mood down. Suspected low serotonin and so I tried tryptophan ..which converted to 5htp..serotonin..and melatonin...and it really has helped alot to improve my sleep which helped my mood too.

I also did a run of the original Craze. Felt great on it...but when I finished I was a mess for a week. I still say to this day that it damaged my brain and I am not a drug user.

Thanks for the reply. I plan to try it again in the next day or two at half dose. Do you think at bedtime would interrupt sleep? I am 49 by the way..male...active and as far as i know healthy..lol. Other supps include pregnenolone and dhea..both at 5mg daily...then a good multi and ZMA.

What did you do to avoid the aggression? I got it and had to stop. Half dose?
