With the CRC program I'm on and working out with a buddy we can get done in about 2 hours and that's with treating them like "supersets". I have 2 days of cardio per week for about 30 mins. I love every minute of each workout...........

I'm doing the Clear Results Challenge from FLEX magazine. It's 3 days a week. Very basic but so far very effective. I'm on week 4 and have seen all my numbers go up and I've seen some results in the mirror too........

I'm on epistane and am tired all day. I feel bloated too. Other than that I don't have any other complaints of side effects. I'm putting up big numbers in the gym and am starting to see some results on my frame.
I look at it this way - risk brings strength.
I used to snore due to sleep apnea a few years ago when I weighed 255 (no muscle - all fat) and when I trimmed down my snoring stopped and my sleep apnea is gone. Perhaps you have sleep apnea.......go to your family physician and have a sleep study done to rule it out.
