Which would give better results IGF-1 or GHRP-6. i am woundering which one to run to get the best results from. i am trying cut and add some lean muscle mass at the same time.

(tues) bis-back 12sets-bis 9sets-back 12-16reps
(wen) rest
(thurs) legs-shoulders 12sets 12-20reps

and 2-3min rest in...
