    Pin both two or three times a weeks. I personally like pinning more often , I find it gives me less peeks and valleys. You can combine them both in the same syringe. Most people won't notice the difference between pinned two or three times , I'm just very in tune with my body. Enjoy the ride !

    I've been using humalog to bulk between cycles for quite a while. I make really great gains from it and stay pretty lean year round. You really have to watch your diet when using insulin , it can be easy to over consume calories and get fat off of it. You have to really know your body to use it...
