    Ye I agree with brofessorx, if I was you I'd focus on getting the body fat % down first. I used to be around 20% body fat and thought I might have slight gyno but once I shed the fat and my chest tightened up it went away

    Totally agree with this, I track my macros during cutting and bulking as it can be surprising how much you are actually eating when trying to estimate it. Personally I just find it so easy to track food using myfitnesspal

    There are lots of calorie calculators on the internet that could give you a rough idea of where you need to be but I'd suggest just bump your calories up around 500 and monitor your weight?
