    Finasteride?

I've never heard of that. But considering the drug has been used for enlarged prostate for years. I think if there were serious safety problems we'd know about it by now. Finasteride should be fairly effective for thinning at the back/crown. The receding hairline is usually a little more...

10 grams of BCAA before and after fasted training is also a good way to make sure you preserve your muscle mass.

ANY OPINONS ON DOING KETO (CKD) WHILE INTERMITTEN FASTING.

If you think about it both low carb and IF accomplish something similar--a period of time without carbs. But you do at some point have to eat them to refill muscle glycogen. Cyclical ketogenic diets work by allowing you to carb up on the weekends. The 16-8 allows you do carb up every...

ANY OPINONS ON DOING KETO (CKD) WHILE INTERMITTEN FASTING.

And keep in mind there's more than one way to do IF. You can go 24 hours without eating every 5 days or so. But another option is the 16-8 approach--eating only within an 8 hour window every day.

MI40 or DC or DY HIT

If you are interested, M40X is the next phase of Ben's program. The link below has a coupon code in it. I know some people have mixed feelings about paying for workout programs so it's up to you to decide. But if you want to try a free one that is OK, too. Invalid Link Removed

Are there any benifits to the newer BCAA?

10 grams before/after fasted training are beneficial. Otherwise I don't see the use in them--you should get plenty of amino acids through the protein in your diet.

An occasional drink or two (or even a weekend of partying) won't be an issue. Overdoing it and abusing alcohol regularly will be.

Lots of fat loss supplements....what to do with them all?

ECA stack is a good general "fat burner" and Yohimbine HCL is good for "stubborn fat." Most everything else is worthless.

You may also want to consider cutting back to a half dose for a while so you can develop a tolerance to it.

    Intermittent fasting

There's no metabolic advantage to eating multiple meals. Bodybuilders first started adding a meal to get enough protein/calories in. The supplement industry turned this into a myth of needing to eat every few hours.

ANY OPINONS ON DOING KETO (CKD) WHILE INTERMITTEN FASTING.

Seems like overkill to me. Anything will "work" if you can comply to a calorie deficit long enough to see the desired results.

    Finasteride?

Technically finasteride can cause a mild increase in testosterone levels because less of it is being converted into DHT. And I would think any possible side effects would be temporary. Again, prevention is better than cure when it comes to baldness. Easier to prevent hair loss than to grow...

    Finasteride?

The sooner the better if you are hoping to keep from going bald. I don't think it would cause problems at your age, and side effects are rare. But talk to a dermatologist to be sure. I took it for a while with no problems. But I eventually gave up and just started shaving my head.
