im on week 1 of my m1t cycle and i am wondering whether it would be better for me to workout everyday and continue to play rugby or just skip the days i am playing rugby. Here is my schedule
M-workouts
T-rugby
W-workouts
Th-rugby
F-workouts
or should i workout after rugby everyday for better...
sorry about my previous post but i couldnt phrase it right. haha im not in rehab I meant i just wanted to know if m1t would show up on a standard drug test. I did some researching and this site said it would.

i just started my cycle on M1T today and i was wondering if you get drug tested at like a rehab clinic, would using M1T show up on the results?
