Kanna for pessimistic mindset, brain fog, overthinking AND autoimmune disease?

Hi, I would stay away from sceletium tortuosum if I had an autoimmune medical condition. There is a chance that kanna could suppress your normal cortisol production and that's something you don't want. There is an in vitro study which shows that sceletium suppresses the production of all...

    Igf-1?

1 gr tid is the way to go. On 3 grams a day after a while you get better joints, ligaments, skin, hair, recovery, a gh like effect. It has many other health benefits like anticancer activity and it's dirt cheap.

    Igf-1?

MSM. It amplifies IGF-1 signalling and in the same time attenuates cortisol effect on muscle cells. It has also many other health benefits. It is a staple for me. 3 grams a day.

    oral formestane

I see what you mean. The only per os OTC that did lower my E2 levels was ATD(novedex xt by gaspari). Back in the day of course when you could get it at your local supplement store.

    Statins and orals

I totally agree with you that overprescription is a pandemic plague. Modern medicine doesn't dictate this. Doctors do that, sometimes misinterpreting what they have read and sometimes because of their financial interest.

    oral formestane

Formestane (lentaron) is an AI which is given to patients as an intramuscular depot injection. Poor oral bioavailability. Much better AI's out there though.

    Why did you start lifting?

Just for the ladies, back in the day (1993). Nowadays every workout feels like a psychotherapy session to me. Working out is deeply embedded in me and as the Mandalorians say: "This is the way".

What are the best otc pcts?

If you want a really successful PCT then get a SERM. If you want just a libido booster get an OTC PCT product. I wouldn't even combine a test booster with a real SERM since nobody has ever studied it. It could be synergistic, additive or even antagonistic. PCT is a very critical period to...

    Unanswered Msten with ??

Just use the SERM (nolva) Kosta. I would use it for 6 weeks 20/20/20/20/10/10 just to be on the safe side. Don't take anything suppressive with it, even a mild one like proviron. I wouldn't also take anything containing forskolin during SERM usage. It might have an opposite effect...

    Your fave. Tudca?

The absolute indications for me would be on cycle protection with methylated orals and primary billiary cirrhosis. Chronic administration as a health supplement would be pointless and potentially dangerous. Acute side effects are quite benign as 10% of patients report changes in bowel movements...
