M-Sten or DMZ?
I just got done MSTEN, never had DMZ. So can't really tell you what one to use. But with MSTEN I gained like 8 good pounds of muscle. -

No one, puts on size until you start eating. Once you start eating a lot you will gain brother. Please make sure you try eating before you start using a PH. You can gain so much from that alone. At your age and eating the right amount of food, you would look like your on some steroid. LOL So... -

Well like I stated some people are fine with using adex in PCT. That's fine, but I am just stating what I think is better when it comes to an AI for pct. But again, some people don't respond well to Aromasin and Arimidex works perfectly. -

Yea, when you start seeing abs you start to believe in impossible things, like you and i have done LOL well i went about it by being stupid and listening to a diet book, but it did work. FAD diets can work, but not always the best. But i only ate, veggies cooked in water or raw for 4 months in...- themayor

The only thing I would change is the Adex to Aromasin, since that would help with any kind of estrogen rebound. Plus many other benefits that come along with Aromasin vs. Adex. I just don't know to many people using Adex in PCT, I just think Aromasin is better in PCT. Easy way of explaining...
