I know you looking at PH but at your age look into test first.
Get bloodwork done and see where your levels are at. If low maybe chance for trt.
If not, self prescribe.
I'm 46 and on self prescribe test now. I have run many PHs in the past.
It's the best move I've made IMO. Loving it!
Hunger especially after eating a meal still is mainly due to dehydration. If you still feel hungry, suck down that water dude. Drink heaps before and after, it will help with this issue.

I would either choose dimethabold or celtic mass. Both would do the trick but celtic mass will give you more sides than dbold but IMO better gains.

Why not bridge the two compounds and run the entire length of the cycle with trest?
Then you run them at the doses you want and the trest will assist as a base for you Etc.
I would go with the 300mg per week champ. Start low and see how you handle test? You will still make good gains with diet,training and rest in check. If after 10 weeks then increase if required. But if first time test e, 300mg IMO will provide good gains.

On another forum a brother is about 4 weeks into it, getting incredible strength and size gains.
He's breaking PBS and only side effect is bloat which he's adjusting AI to suit.
Have you ran test before? Have u ran epi before?
If no to both or either one, run test solo for a while and see how body reacts. You can either run the AI from the beginning or wait to see if sides start to show then hop onto it then. I personally would run it from the beginning but that's me...
