    Reading reviews and Erase Pro seems to be hit or miss now a days. Looking to dry out, harden up and the vascular that some report is what got me wanting to run this as a stand alone.     I'm naturally a very heavy sleeper and could sleep all day on a dime. With that being said I can't say I notice improved sleeping. Definitely feel stronger. Have hit 250lbs on bench press for 2 workouts now for 8 reps both time. I've strugggled at 220lbs max for a good while until now

    Not to Hijack but what are some cortisol aids? I consider myself to be a moderately stressed person. On top of that I work 12hr rotating shift as well (days/nights). Never really thought about using a cortisol aid. Never really heard of it either. Also running MK at the moment as well :)

    Thanks for the info and suggestions guys. Got a full nights rest without sleep aids last night. Crashed pretty hard. Past couple of days I've been taking Zicam Melts (high dose of Zinc) and 2000mg of vitamin C (pill form).
