Wednesday - cutting down on the caffeine allowed me to finally finish my light deadlift workout.
Deadlift - 405 x 8,8,6,6,6. PR, but it made me never want to to more than 3 reps ever again.
Shrug machine - 2 / 3 plates for 10 / 10, 10
CSR - 2 plates, 3 sets of 10
