    I was pretty happy with the results! I added 45lbs to my bench, 95lbs to my deadlift, 60lbs to my squat! I gained 30lbs total weight. Only 3% bf gain. I did run it at 3caps/daily. Got my labs done around week 4 and everything checked out so I ran it another 1.5weeks. I very happy...

    Day 41/42: Weight 202 Rest day I took an extra rest day to recuperate from working night shift, pct will start after tomorrow.

    Day 40: Weight 202 Bench press day 205x5, 245x8, 245x8, 245x8, 245x7 Felt pretty good except I developed a headache later on.

    Day 37: Weight 200 Rest day Day 38: Weight 201 Ohp day 115x5, 205x8, 205x8, 210x7, 210x8 Bench 345x1, 275x5, 225x10, 225x10 Had some back pumps today and a headache in the evening. Increased my water intake. Going to up my calories these final days.

    Day 34: Rest day Day 35: Weight 200lbs Squat day 135x5, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10 Didn't get a lot of accessory work done because my broken toe was bothering me. Some minor back pumps, no other sides.

    Day 27: Light full body workout! Day 28: Rest day Day 29: Minimal walking, carb loading Day 30: Ran 13.2 miles and completed 30 obstacles. Broke my right great toe :(

    I will also add that I'm a taller guy, 6ft, which is taller than most bodybuilders, so my BMR is a little bigger than most, 3000cal would just about be my BMR

    Yep, I have pictures the exact day I started. I will post them up when I finish. Diet is 4100calories, 305g protein, about 460g carbs, and about 115g fat. So 30/25/45 protein/fat/carb ratio
