    Another workout on Day 19 without strength gain. Only side I've experienced is some back pumps. Is pmag really this mild or do some just not respond to it? I'm a first timer so kind of expected more gains.

    My bulk pre-workout (look at hardrhino or bulksupplements) 5g Creatine 2g Betaine 2g Beta Alanine 10g BCAA (fasted workouts only) 200mg Caffeine 900mg PEA (this stuff tastes terrible is the awesome) 5g Citrulline Malate 1g Agmatine 2+g Taurine (more for Back pumps) 3g DAA in there as well...
