Day Thirty Eight: 4/28/14 Rest day today, shoulders are little tender and forearms on the top are pretty sore. Feeling the same as most my rest days do. I usually don’t feel to sore any more. 15 lbs but my chest is doing the work now not my shoulders and tris as much. Chest overall has gotten bigger, I've had a handful people mention that they've noticed my chest coming up lately and they don't even know I'm on anything so that's always nice.- CMD123
