Hey guys I am 5' 6" 141 lbs currently in a fat loss phase. I been dieting since middle of December started out at 180 lbs. Lately I been losing roughly around .5lb per week.
My current training split is Laynes PHAT routine with a little variation:
Day 1: Upper power
Day 2: Lower power
