    Thanks man I have been consistent every week on my nutrition and workouts. I only drank 2 beers in the first 12 weeks. I really wanted to see what kind of results I could get. I work out in the mornings and look at it like this..... I get up an hour and a half earlier 4 days a week so...

    I've been keeping about 60% of my carbs to post workout like you recommended. It seems to be going well. I'm still shedding weight so I guess my body isn't done losing fat. I was down to 173 this morning. I really don't want to lose anymore but I'm ok with it if that's what my body thinks is...

    I'm the same way if I drink a glass of ice t past 6:00 pm I'm up until after midnight. That's why I have to workout in the mornings. I tried to workout in the evening once and my pre workout had me up after midnight.
