**Took another 50mg today: 25 mg at 12:32 pm (pre-workout) and 25mg at 2:20 pm (post workout). I would have had a better back day, but I was running short on time due to work. Did the following:
Deadlift: 135 x 12 (warm-up), 185 x 8, 225 x 8, 275 x 6, 315 x2...
